On the rare occasion that help is needed, the support is first class, often initially using their ‘bot’ to try to give an answer based on your question. Either way, the ‘bot’ is very fast, but a human follow up isn’t far behind. Highly recommended. My only reservation on this occasion, is that my first attempt to get help was ignored after the ‘bot’ suggestions didn’t help. On my second attempt to get human intervention it was like my previous experiences. Everyone has an off day, perhaps my first attempt was on one of these. Because of this I dropped from 5 to 4 stars. If I could I would have made it 4 ½ stars.

MM Sync is fast and flexible. Sync just about any folder with any other device. I have been using MM since 2019, and well worth every penny. Very responsive and patient on questions and on the few tech problems (I created). I primarily sync select Documents folders with my wife's Documents folder and four other devices. Save work on one and updated on the other virtually instantly. SS does not recommend syncing OneDrive, BUT they would be my digital "heroes" if I could sync two or three OneDrive accounts (personal, work, and club).
